PEACE ORATORIO

Washington DC 20004

A remembrance of the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that prohibits racial discrimination in voting, and a reminder that the Supreme Court ruling of 2013 in "Shelby County versus Holder" renders the Voting Rights Act of 1965 more difficult to uphold. Free concert of PEACE ORATORIO for 3 choirs, 8 soloists, 12 musicians and a Narrator performing the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. onstage. Come join us in singing songs of Freedom together and protecting all Americans right to vote in free and fair elections.
